Meek Mill Vs. Drake
The young bull started things off on twitter with accusations that Champgne Poppy wasn't writing his own lyrics, name dropped Quentin Miller and insinuated that was the reason that Drake didn't tweet about Meek Mill's album being released (that Drake is featured on). Funk Master Flex chimed in and released at least one reference track of Quentin Miller rapping a bit of what we all know now as a Drake song.
Some people seem to think Meek Mill light weight apologized on twitter, but just two days after the initial tweets Drake dropped a kryptic/ironic diss caller Charged Up
drake-back-to-back
Quentin Miller quietly dropped a diss called Lies
Even Nikki's ex-boyfriend Safaree got a diss track in called Lifeline
Wanna Know
here is good break down from the rumor mill via Possiebot:
The Real Story behind the meek and Drake beef?
Meek found out from dj drama that drake had used a reference track from quinton for RICO. Meek confronted drake about it and they had a lil argument and drake felt like he was disrespected for the way meek came at him since he was doing a favor for meek. This happened the same week of meeks homecoming concert. Drake didnt show up because he was pissed at the way meek came at him. Meek was upset because drake was supposed to be the big celeb for his event. The track was already recorded and done when meek found out. Meek decided to still put the track on his cd. Months later meeks album comes out and drake doesnt tweet about it. Meek was upset because he felt like despite them having anargument, drake would still support since hes on the album.
Meek started feeling himself when he saw how taylor went at nicki and how much love nicki was getting even though taylor is the bigger star. Meek felt like ill just expose drake and the public will side with me because they will see that drake is a fraud just like they sided with nicki over taylor. Word gets around to all the djs like charlemagne and flex that drama has a ref track and more ref tracks. Flex begs drama for the 10 bands track and drops it. By jow most djs already know that there are more ref tracks that drama has. None of them care because they dont want to ruin their relationship that drake has with their station. Flex decides to put it out there when he found out about the other ref tracks acting like he had it but drama wouldnt give it up.
Meek didnt think drake would respond to him and was shocked when charged up came out. Meek did his diss record and told flex he would give it to him but was still trying to get the other ref tracks from drama to give to flex but drama wouldnt give it so flex and meek last minute decided not to premiere the diss track because they wanted to drop everything at the same time and ether drake. The next day drake releases his second track and shocks flex and meek because they werent expecting it. Meek already hAs his diss wanna know recorded but pretends like he still has to record it because he wAs still trying to get the ref tracks. Dj drama gives the track to meek who then tells flex that they are ready. Dj drama did not get paid for it. He wAs upset like op stated because he gave meek the ref tracks as a favor and meek went and called TI name in his track about the pee accident. TI got upset at drama and drama is pissed like op stated because he involved TI. Everything has backfired on all of them. Meek already knew about the piss incident but drama didnt think he would say it in his song and put TI name.
Another tea. The beggining of wanna know when meek talks about a !!!!! who went to jail for not snitching but later snitches. He was talking about AR-AB. When drake ref his name in back to back. Meek found out that AR-AB will be signing to ovo and has told his secrets to drake….meek is scared because drake has alot of info about him. This is the reason y drama gave the ref tracks to meek. They knew drake has ammo on meek and could air it out so as a friend drama gave the tracks thinking it would stop drake and it all backfired.

Quentin Miller - Hey! Thanks A Lot 2
This is a Mixtape from Quentin Miller, the guy from Drakes writing credits and the 10 Bands reference track. People are calling him a ghostwriter now. Read what he had to say about it himself through his Tumbler:
Winter 2014… I was just another guy working a job he hated with a passion for music…. And somehow found myself on the phone with One of my idols.. i told him i worked in a bakery and his exact words were “Fuck that, your destined for greatness”… Hearing that from someone that I’ve been studying since 2009, bar for bar…. Theres no way to describe that..
Most of the project was done before i came in the picture.. i remember him playing it for me for the first time thinking “Why am I here?” like.. what does he need me for?? The answer is.. Nothing… I watched this man piece together words in front of me… I watched him write/ replace bars 2- 3 at a time on 6pm in NY.. I witnessed him light up, go in and freestyle madonna…. I took notes from the best in the game….
I remember him Showing me the thank you notes in NY before the album dropped.. Showing me the QM, telling me they put me on the credits (Ghostwritter???) … He attached my name to something that touched the world.. When nobody would pay attention, drake saw something in me and reached out… Of all people… drizzy.. Two artist in exact opposite spaces in their career.. We came together and made something special.. I am not and never will be a “ghostwriter” for drake.. Im proud to say that we’ve collaborated .. but i could never take credit for anything other than the few songs we worked on together .. Thats all i have to say on it.. back to this 1317 shit… – Q.M.

Tom Hutch - Middle Finger
Making his way from across the Narrows Bridge in Gig Harbor, WA, Tacoma Hip hop's Tom Hutch is one of the most vetted acts on the Westcoast. His hustle and style can be compared to a Philthy Rich or G-Eazy with a pacific northwest touch. He has been touted frequently by Rappin 4'Tay as the next big thing - already at his young age he has several accomplishments including being the first to get Sacramento's Luni Coleone and San Francisco's Rappin 4'Tay together on a track, as well as the first to get collaborations for Kuzzo Fly with 4'Tay and Mitchy Slick. He stretches his reach far beyond the borders of Washington State, touring significantly with major acts like Kuzzo Fly, Rappin 4'Tay, Coolio and Treach - that many upcoming musicians can only dream about. He has also set-up and co-headlined with Kokane, Lil Flip, C-Bo, T-Nutty and Stevie Joe.
His 'Southend Cyphers' is another project he stands by. A freestyle session series that he uses to bring awareness to the local hip-hop acts in the Seattle area. His projects birthed numerous rap careers like promoter Jake Moore aka Boss Mode, and the 'PME' group which feature Medicated and Elzz.
Besides music he is also adept at business. He recently started his own clothing line 'PME Tadadirt' promoted by bay area vets Rappin 4'Tay and Kuzzo Fly.
He recently released his newest album "PME - On They Own" with features from Rappin 4 Tay on 2 tracks. His next cd will also feature the bay area legend along with Kuzzo fly, Luni Coleone, and 2piece (the featured artist on Roy Jones Jr.'s "Can't be Touched")

Sic ILL Press Release + Music Video links
Demetrius Jackson, more known by his stage name SIC ILL grew up and currently resides in Tacoma, Washington.
SIC ILL is a videographer/musician famous for the catch phrase "Let's get it!" and the viral video "Labyrinth Zone Act 1". He is parodied by Eminem in the music video "Rap God".
SIC ILL is proving there are no limits for his visual design or performance abilities. He has established himself as an artist to keep an eye on with incredible lyrical prowess and singing abilities generations above his age. Currently an independent artist SIC ILL is preparing his VICDEMIC 3 & 4 and STREETDEMIC 3 & 4 albums with original production for release this summer.
Sic ill released 12 albums in 2012 among them "Techdemic" given a review in the newspaper Seattle Weekly and "Epidemic" featured in a Weekly Volcano newspaper article. In 2013 Seattle Newspaper The Stranger wrote an article on his Mcdonald's Super Size Me parody video "Fast N Hot". Sic ill performs frequently in the Seattle area and has shared the stage with artists such as; Luni Coleone and Kokane.
With no formal promotion, SIC ILL's videos are over 100,000+ views on YouTube and received support from VladTV, UGHH.com, Seattle Stranger Newspaper, ThaNorthwest.com, ISLMusic.com, and SYFFAL.com. Amongst all his menacing viral videos "FAST N HOT" and the Mortal Kombat inspired "THE PIT" caused quite a stir in early 2013, both racking over 10,000 views each in only a month's span.
Since his self-produced/directed videos started making waves with fans and peers alike, SIC ILL has received accolades from the music industry at every turn, most notably Brian of DAY26 and Benzino of The Source fame [currently Hip Hop Weekly Magazine]. SIC ILL's own lyrical idols include Nas, MF Doom, Brotha Lynch Hung. Already being compared to the likes of Drake, Kirko Bangz and Roscoe Dash, SIC ILL definitely seems like he's on his grind and if he keeps going at the rate that he is, possibly can be the next best singer/rapper combo in the game.

Check out SIC ILL's full length movie/musical: YOUTUBEDEMIC
on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?
Demetrius Jackson, the artist known as SIC ILL from Tacoma, Washington is proving why he's one of the best netcees on the web. He recently finished a self-produced/directed full length movie/musical "YOUTUBEDEMIC" and it's accompaning soundtrack on iTunes. This is the first rap "musical/music album" video and uses all 22 songs and lasts over an hour and fourteen minutes.
The songs all are shot in Sic's hometown of Tacoma, Washington, a mid-sized city, 30 miles south of Seattle. All his audio sounds vintage because he prefers to record everything in analog quality. He stretches the boundaries of the akai XR20 drum machine on this album self-producing every track. All sounds are recorded in digital multitracks instead of Pro Tools. HD footage is intentionally shrunk to standard video. Masters are re-encoded to MP3 format. This is done to make it easier for his social media audience to consume.
Sic ill does not rely on itunes, he also uses his voice and skills to sell audiobooks on sites like Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble. A worthy career alternative for someone who's skills include being a journalist and graphic designer.
A true Netcee, the only way to find Sic ill is in his hometown. He makes up for this by opening for national artists as they headline their way through Seattle, Portland and Vancouver B.C., 2013's openings include Luni Coleone, Kokane of Dogg Pound Records, Kuzzo Fly and Messy Marv.

SIC ILL MANIA !!! 31 mixtapes in 31 days
Rapper makes 31 mixtapes in 31 Days...
In a publicity stunt inspired by Gorilla Zoe's "28 mixtapes in 28 days" in February 2010, the self-proclaimed "Netcee" SIC ILL will be releasing 31 mixtapes for every day in July 2013. Each mixtape will have it's own theme, some are full-fledged albums with original production, others are mixtapes using famous instrumentals.
Recently in June 2013, SIC ILL released the first rap movie/musical. The video "YouTubedemic" plays for almost an hour and a half. The video is the rap equivalent to R&B singer R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet" and plays all 22 tracks in tracklisting order on the self-produced YouTubedemic soundtrack available on iTunes.
In an Ozone magazine interview after his feat, Gorilla Zoe stated that he did not think this could be redone and he could go 365 days if he wished. Sic is not going so far as putting a mixtape every day for a year unsuprisingly and is staying with his 31 day strategy.
"Like Zoe said, he made the blueprint, I just peeped game."
All Sic ill mixtapes will be available on http://sicill.bandcamp.com/ on the day of release.

SIC ILL is enjoying a successful 2013.
The Drake-ish rapper/singer buzzes in the pacific northwest with a constant supply of free downloads and videos releases. With fellow town heroes Macklemore & Ryan Lewis already achieving super-stardom the pressure is on for the local sensation who is compared to nationwide buzz sensations Snow Tha Product, RiFF RaFF and Chance the Rapper.
Seattle has a knack of having rappers that come out with great viral videos. First Sir Mix A Lot released the legendary "Baby Got Back". Macklemore & Ryan Lewis dropped "Thrift Shop". Seemingly as an aftershock of Thrift Shop SIC ILL's recent success and country-wide buzz comes mainly from his million-plus viewed YouTube video "FAST N HOT", a Mcdonalds Rap/Super Size-Me track. He also has other rap-parody/spoofs of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Monopoly, Atari classic 'Pitfall', Where the Wild Things Are, Star Wars, Mortal Kombat and other nostalgic topics.
Even with distraction of being in the limelight, SIC ILL's only drive is to create more music and videos, with over eighty music videos in his collection already.
